Discussion:
Save operation on table MOP_Item_MSTR failed accessing SQL Data

I get the above message, after clicking the Schedule button on the
Manufacturing Order Entry window.

This happens on 'Open' MO's, after they have been saved. If I create a new
MO, change to 'Open' and just save, I dont get the message. But if I
select the MO again, and click the schedule button I get the message.

I can click OK, and if I click schedule again, I get:

A save operation on table MOP_Item_Mstr has reached the end of the table.
It seems like I then have to click the OK button the same number of times as
their are items on the picklist. I know the MOP_Item_Mstr is the PK010033
table and have done file maintenance.

Is there is something I am missing or should try?

thanks!

Hi Doug,

I am getting exactly the same message as in post. Did you find the reason, solution?

I would greatly appreciate any heads up on this.

Thanks you,
Roman

Hi,

I would suggest this below steps....

in your GP Install folder you will find under GP --> SQL --> Util Folder

Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\GP\SQL\Util

A script call Grant.sql.

Execute this script Dynamics and Company database.

Hope this helps :-)

hi,

I had the same problem with my custom table. I tried your solution but it could not solve the issue... if any other solution it would be more helpful :)
