Unhandled script exception Error

One of my client is getting following error when he click on lookup
of
batch in purchasing.

Transaction> >>>Purchasing> >>>Batches

here when he click on lookup he got following error, can you please
help out.

Unhandled script exception:
Index 0 of array 'VerifyBatchTotals' is out of range in script
'Batch_Lookup_ Scrolling_ Window SCROLL_FILL' . Script terminated.

any Idea??

and witsh version you are using?

Hi Inin,

you need to check SY00500 table, there should be corrupted record for
series = 4 (payable), you need to fix it out
