My company is implementing Great Plains. We use UPS for our shipping. Is
there a software from UPS that integrates with Great Plains.

If so, is there any documentation that I can get on this integration. If

I've used the UPS World-Ship product to integrate with Great Plains. My
experience is that UPS will provide an engineer that can set up the link to
Great Plains if they have someone with Great Plains knowledge to tell them
what tables to connect to, to get the invoice information.

Unless UPS has changed, normally you specify tables that UPS can pull into
UPS system for labels then at end of each day, UPS can export the data into
another tables. From there you have to write your code to pull the data and
perform shipping or ship confirm in GP. If you find something, that can
easily integrate without coding, please me know.

We have used shiprush application for the integration to GP. This works for
Fedex and Shiprush. Two clients are using without any issue.
