Fixed Assets Module

I am new to this job and GP software. I need help understanding and
resolving problem in fixed asset module.

Setup:
Each asset class has its own accumulated depreciation account in the G/
L.
G/L account and asset class is correctly defined in the setup and
individual asset window.

Problem:
Monthly depreciation amount is posted to wrong accumulated
depreciation account in the G/L.

The task on hand is to find out why and how the monthly depreciation
amount is posted to wrong accumulated depreciation account in the G/
L.

Can anyone help me?
